VR Zone Grimbergen is a free-roam VR arena at the Hi! Site in Grimbergen, near Brussels. You celebrate your birthday with a mission in virtual reality, for kids from age 7, teens and adults. Each arena holds 2 to 6 players. You book online, from €29.99 per person.
Why celebrate your birthday in VR?
A birthday in VR is something your group hasn’t done before. You step into the arena together, move freely with no cables and play in the same virtual world. Nobody needs to be a gamer: a game master explains everything first. Afterwards, everyone has the same story to tell.
Can you have a kids’ birthday party in VR?
Yes, from age 7. Children play the VR adventure Mask of the Pharaoh, where they free a professor from a cursed pyramid, and the Carnival Showdown mini-games. The other games are for ages 12 and up. An adult is always present: they don’t have to play, but we recommend it. A game master guides the group from the briefing to the end of the mission.
Is VR fun for an adult birthday?
Yes. Most games are made for teens and adults. In the VR escape room The Break-In, you solve a bank heist together, in Mission Planet X you fly to an abandoned planet, and the VR shooter RoboClash puts you up against a robot army. If you dare, pick Don’t Scream: whoever screams, loses.
How much does a VR birthday cost?
You pay per person: €29.99 for Explorer, €34.99 for Hero and €59.99 for Legend. A group of six on Hero pays €209.94 in total. You book and pay online. With two arenas, up to 12 people play at once, and groups of up to 24 play in rounds.

Where is VR Zone?
VR Zone is at the Hi! Site, Antwerpselaan 6 in Grimbergen, on the A12 and close to the Brussels Ring. The site has 250 free parking spaces. It is an easy drive from Brussels, Vilvoorde, Mechelen and Antwerp. A trampoline park and padel courts share the same site.
